An Oath

Wow wee, time for random post. Some of my artist friends who knows me well should have heard this from me before. I have made an oath to myself, that after I graduate and earning income by myself, I'm gonna buy an artbook every month. And since I'm earning some money even before grad (by internshipXD), I start fulfilling my oath before then :D. These are my personal collection
1st and 2nd are "Digital Art Master" series 1 and 2 by the famed 3dtotal.com. It cost me around 200+ (after discount :D) in Basheer Graphics Bookstore for both. Though my father's the one sponsored me. Perhaps he saw how passionate I am on digital arts and I told him that it may suddenly out of stock. I wanted to ordered online previously and it cost a total of 500+ bucks including shipping. So, it was a smart choice to grab it as soon as I got the chance.
It features currently some of the not-so-famous but reputated digital artist of the industry. Besides featuring their works, it includes some brief description on brainstorming and the artistic procees by those artist. It is definitely worthy piece of collection.
Next are artbooks from my idol, INOUE TAKEHIKO SENSEI!! The 1st one is actually a pirated copy (I think) of the "Vagabond" artbook, "water", which I bought in a manga store costing me around 30 bucks, and I actually thought it was original, crap =_=. The quality's not bad though, lucky me. The 2nd is another artbook from "vagabond" as well, titled "sumi". I actually got this original copy from kinokuniya which cost me 150 bucks. It was a tough 1 to find. Unlike "water", "sumi" featured a lot of the same work taken from the manga itself, kinda let down. Well, his my idol, so I can't complain so much bout it ><.
Well, recently I have make up mind to buy not just artbook, but any accessories that has to do with art as well, such as BENDABLE, POSABLE toy figure unlike the Ikea's stupid wood figure. Since I do not plan to waste all my money on useless artbooks which done by artist I'm not interested of.
Anyway, if you are interested, I would be happy to lend these books for you to browse. But if anything happens to them, you just replace a new one for me, simple as that ^_^. "Sumi" is officially the 1st artbook I bought with my salary, and I'll be doing 3 months intern. That means I have 2 more artbooks to buy by the end of my internship. Well, which one should I get this time (´ー`).
