The Dark Knight

ZOMG, ZOMG!!! I've just watched TDK in IMAX. It was the coolest superhero movie I've seen, way cooler than Spidey ever were, and of course total ownage of spandex-wearing Superman (I never liked him). Like the critics describe it, "qualify as a superior artistic achievement in its own right".
I could say every cast in this film is totally remarkable. Nevertheless Heath (RIP) Ledger did an extraordinary performance portraying Joker to it's peak of insanity. This film totally explores the hardship, conflicts and issues that never been touch by other superhero films. It even explains the insanity of the world, the super villians are drawn by people such as Batman. Although it's kind of tedious since it span for 2.5 hours. But it's worth, like watching Lord of The Rings, with super cool action, super cool gadgets, super cool story, and super cool Joker who makes a super cool killing joke.
Like the previous film, Chirstian Bale did a very good job portraying the dark vigilante and the bright playboy, best in history. The other cast did superb acting too, like Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, (unexpectedly) Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Aaron "Two-Face" Eckhart. Christopher Nolan did a very good job in assembling the cast and directing the movie, making it a great entertainment of the summer and an art masterpiece.
And how should we forget, the last and most memorable performance by Heath Ledger. His acting probably outshines every other cast. His portrayal of Joker is just... insane. If I had the chance to rank every supervillians alive, I would definitely rank him the first. He was totally horrifying, scary, psycopathic... every word you can find to describe a serial killer... Though I did find him amusing, or funny... I love his insanity (though it pains sometimes, ouch) and of course his killing joke. A pity Ledger died early, he is most deserve an Oscar for this one. And I'm wondering who Chris will cast as the joker later (perhaps Jake Gyllenhaal? =_=).
Anyway, it's the best movie I watched in years (I think) and most deserving to spend another 2 bucks in IMAX. You're freak if you think this movie is bad, I could say even Joker thinks you're freak.
XD
*Joker: How about a magic trick? [Slams the pencil upright twisting it into the table] I'm going to make this pencil disappear. [henchman tries to attack him; Joker slams the man's head into the pencil. The man falls over dead.] Taa-daa! It's gone!
